Refund policy
Within 30 days of receiving your item, if you find the product is damaged, unusable, or not the same as the model shown, you may contact our customer service to request a refund or return.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at service@selfrose.store with:
- Your order number
- Photos/video of the issue (if damaged/defective)
- Reason for return
- Our team will provide you with the specific return address (do not use the original shipping address or business address).
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
Important: Please do not send items back to the original shipping address or any business address listed on packaging. Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.
Who Pays for Return Postage? (Return Shipping Cost)

Restocking Fee
- We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Items returned beyond 30 days of delivery
