Shipping policy
At selfrose.store, we are committed to delivering your jewelry with clarity and reliability. This Shipping Policy meets Google Shopping Ads requirements by providing specific, upfront information about handling, transit, carriers, and customer responsibilities.
Order Handling Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Handling begins after payment confirmation and address verification.
Transit Time
- Estimated delivery time after shipment: 5–12 business days.
- Delivery times vary by destination and carrier performance. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Cut-off Time
- Daily cut-off time for order processing: 2:00 PM (local warehouse time, GMT+8).
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Carriers
We primarily use the following carriers for deliveries:
- USPS/FedEx/UPS, etc.
Carrier assignment depends on your shipping address and package weight. You will receive the carrier name in your shipping confirmation email.
Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses.
- We do not offer expedited or express shipping at this time.
- Some remote or rural areas may experience longer transit times; carriers may not guarantee delivery dates to these regions.
Tracking & Issues
- Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number sent via email once shipped.
- Lost packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package within 3 business days, please contact the carrier first. Then email us at service@selfrose.store for assistance.
- Damaged in transit: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged package and jewelry. We will arrange a replacement or refund under our Return Policy.
Address Accuracy
- You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If an address is entered incorrectly, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, we may not be able to modify the address.
- Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be subject to a re-shipping fee (equal to original shipping cost). Since we offer free delivery, the re-shipping fee will be a flat $5.99 USD.
- We do not refund orders lost due to customer address errors.
Free Delivery
- We offer free standard delivery on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
- No shipping upgrades or paid options are currently available.
Taxes & Duties
- We do not charge any taxes. All prices shown are final.
- selfrose.store covers any applicable VAT, sales tax, or customs duties. You will never be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery.
